Nowadays more and more people are becoming entrepreneurs in big cities, but even though the Internet creates and conserves relations, it can still be difficult to get in touch with prospective partners, especially if they aren't well-known by other entrepreneurs.
There are four things entrepreneurs really need to start and grow a business: good ideas, time, money and contacts. Although we cannot directly give them any of these things, we can at least make it easier for entrepreneurs to get them.
But what is an entrepreneur?
According to the Oxford dictionnary, an entrepreneur is an individual who founds and runs a business, assuming all the risks and rewards of the venture. The entrepreneur is commonly seen as an innovator, a source of new ideas, goods, services and business/or procedures.
This financial risk is an important requierement to the definition of an entrepreneur.
The 'job' of entrepreneur is really time-consuming. Therefore, entrepreneurs don't want to waste time and have to be efficient in what they do. However,
what is really hard for them is to find contacts, to find people to talk to concerning their issues, their doubts... Indeed, they are working alone so if
we can offer them a way to extend their network, to share ideas that make them growing, and help them to save money we would have won!
By using our cars, they are saving money: instead of buying a car, having an insurance to pay, they can find ready-to-go cars down their streets!
We offer a car sharing system for entrepreneurs that would combine the classic car sharing concept and a contact facilitator.
When an entrepreneur has a meeting with a client or a supplier in a city that he/she doesn't know, having the opportunity to meet other entrepreneurs there that match with his/her profile can be a good point. Using our cars to hit the road between two cities will allow an entrepreneur to have an access to a private database that gathers profiles of entrepreneurs in this city, and events that can be relevant for the entrepreneur.
Our firm owns several cars in different cities. They are parked in specific areas.
The primary use of our app is to book a C&Car and to get in contact, communicate with other entrepreneurs. Every user has his own profile with specific information about himself, his company and interests. If the user wants to book a car, he has to click on the + symbol at the bottom of the first page on the app. Then, he just has to enter a destination and a departure time. Once the car booked, he can access the QR code ticket whenever he wants through the car symbol at the bottom of the first page of our app, and the coming rides botton. From there, he also has access to different events he can book and matching profiles from other entrepreneurs at destination with whom he can get in contact and who he can ask for a meeting. Once the user is ready to go, he just takes his phone, accesses the QR code ticket and unlocks a box with it, where he will find the car keys.
Our service is based on a software connecting our application to our cars. Therefore, the GPS and driving system of the cars are
connected to the app so that the destinations can be dowloaded, the routes calculated.
Our service is also using APIs to enable the download of information (about events for example) that will be displayed on a screen in the car (location of events, dates, themes etc.).
The cars will also be linked to our database and have access to users' profiles in order to be able to match them while driving.
Also, this matching process is always enhancing its performance with the help of Artificial Intelligence. At the beginning, the first matches are performed on the basis of information that the user provided when creating his/her profile (the kind of contacts he/she is looking for, the activity sector...). Then, everytime an entrepreneur has been matched to another and they actually met, the app will ask for feedback about the relavancy of the match. If a user idicates that the contact provided was not useful, he will be asked to provide details about the reason. With this information, the application will progressively learn to match the user with contacts that may be more relevant to him/her
